3D Laser Scanning
3D Laser Scanning allows Team EJP to provide precise data (1mm) in a short amount of time. The 3D laser scanning technology enables our technicians to capture data accurately and efficiently in locations where accessibility is difficult and in areas that may be unsafe. The smallest details can be captured in highly congested areas.
Team EJP can provide numerous file types that work with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and AutoCAD recap. The data can be customized to meet the needed specifications for the project or the knowledge level of the user.
We will work closely with clients to develop project phasing and sequencing, custom equipment tagging, pipe scheduling, and sorting phasing. Team EJP can assign properties of pipes, including pipe material specifications and conduct volume calculations and deformation analysis.
PIPE FABRICATION
QWP is a proud member of the National Association of Pipe Fabricators. Members of this organization are held to the highest of standards when producing fabricated ductile iron pipe for the plant and pump industry. Our experienced staff of machinists and welders are capable of fabricating exactly what you need for any plant job. We can fabricate flanged and grooved pipe from 3″ through 60″ in diameter and up to 20 feet in length.
Our Machine shop and its procedures are third-party inspected and certified by NSF to ensure that our flanged pipe and grooved pipe conform to AWWA C115 AND AWWA C606 respectively, as well as NSF 61 standards. In addition to flanging, grooving, welding or drilling and tapping our staff can custom fabricate specialty products needed for projects requiring something unique. Restrained joint ends, welded on bosses and beveled filler flanges are just a few things we can provide. Call us for any specialty needs you may have.
